We laud Judge Catherine Manodon for issuing a Writ of Injunction in favor of the students of PSBAQC, and preventing a bunch of old men from stopping the studies and/or graduation of students from PSBA-QC. It was correctly noted that until a decision on a pending case between the members of the Board of PSBA Inc. - QC was made, the status quo had to prevail.
But in retrospect, it was a no-brainer. The initial Temporary Restraining Order which allowed PSBAQC to continue operations until November 8 was merely to check if students were going to enroll for the second semester of AY 2013-2014. When students enrolled, no way would any judge stop the students with paid tuition from continuing classes.
The cart pushing the horse, so to speak. So it really was an effort from and a win for the students of PSBAQC, even if the newly installed PSBA-QC student council was conspicuously absent from the whole thing from start to finish.
Kudos. Especially to +Mary Plet Paguio , Charlene Zape, and Patrick Lloret for being present for the whole PSBAQC student community.
